How can I know that my booking is confirmed? 

We will automatically send you and email confirmation with your booking details.


Do you have activities that are suitable for adults?

Yes! we will be offering different entertainment activities and you have the option to choose between online or offline activities.


Can You arrange a private trip for my friends and family? 

Of course, we can organise any trip with absolutely no minimum number of people! If you want private, or with your friends and family, we can surely customise something very special for you.


Can i join on a trip late or leave early? 

Most cases you cannot arrive late but you can leave early. However, we will always facilitate your requirements. Please note that all extra transfers and arrangements for late or early arrival/departures are covered by you.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes we do and we do have packages that suits your desires. Check our social media accounts for offers and promotions.

Can I cancel my booking? And how? 

Yes, Kindly email us at discoverkuwaitna@gmail.com or call us at +965 66201117. Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the booked event.

What payment methods are available when booking an activity? 

We accept Cash, K-Net, Visa, and Mastercard through Tap Payments.

Can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately We have a No Refund Policy. However, we can offer you store credit for your next purchase.


Do you provide any transportation methods? 

Yes! if you want we can pick up customers from home to their booked activity. Our busses will be available for our exciting tour trips!
